Fixed Savings is a product that lets you deposit crypto or fiat for a set period (1–12 months) in exchange for a guaranteed, higher Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Your rate is locked at the start and does not change.
Which assets are supported for Fixed Savings?+
Currently supported assets: Euro (EUR), USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).
How is interest calculated?+
Interest is calculated based on your fixed APR. The full interest is paid at the end of the term (or monthly if you select that option).
Can I withdraw my funds before the term ends?+
Fixed Savings is designed for commitment. Early closure is possible in exceptional cases (through support), but returns only your principal; all accrued interest is forfeited.
What happens when my term ends?+
You'll be notified before maturity. If auto-renewal is on, your deposit + interest will automatically re-lock into a new term at the best current rate. If it's off, the full amount returns to your wallet.
What's the minimum deposit?+
The minimum deposit is the equivalent of 250 USD in EUR, USDT, USDC, BTC, or ETH.
