Clapp Cookie Policy

Last Revised: 25.08.2026

1. What This Policy Covers

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how AlphaEX s.r.o. (business ID 17805791, Primátorská 296/38, 180 00 Prague, Czech Republic), the operator of the website https://clapp.finance/ and the Clapp mobile application, uses cookies and similar technologies (SDKs, pixels, local storage) on the website and in the app.

1.2 This Policy supplements the Clapp Privacy Policy. Terms defined there have the same meaning here.

2. What Cookies Are

2.1 Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Mobile applications use similar technologies, such as software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers, which serve the same purposes. In this Policy we refer to all of these as “cookies”.

3. Categories We Use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the website and app to function: session management, load balancing, security (including bot protection provided by Cloudflare), fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choices. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

3.2 Functional cookies. Remember your preferences, such as language and display settings.

3.3 Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the website and the app so we can improve them. Data is aggregated wherever possible.

3.4 Marketing and attribution cookies. Measure the performance of our campaigns and attribute app installs to marketing channels (including referral links). These are used only with your consent where required by law.

3.5 A current list of the specific cookies and SDKs in use, their providers, purposes and lifetimes may available in the cookie settings panel on the website.

4. Your Choices

4.1 On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or set your preferences by category. You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer or the privacy section of the app settings.

4.2 You can also control cookies through your browser settings and limit ad tracking through your device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the website or the app from working properly.

4.3 Where consent is required (for example, under the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR), we place non-essential cookies only after you consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Third Parties

5.1 Some cookies are set by third parties acting as our service providers, such as analytics, attribution, security and support tool providers. These providers process data under agreements with us. Where third-party cookies involve transfers outside the EEA, the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy apply.

6. Changes and Contact

6.1 We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we change the tools we use. The “Last Revised” date shows the current version.

6.2 Questions: [email protected].
