We are looking for a community professional to develop and grow our community.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and moderate the community on Telegram and other social networks
  • Interact with users (answering questions, communicating with the audience on social networks, technical support for users)
  • Expand the community by actively enhancing visibility, implement strategies to boost loyalty and activity
  • Prepare and oversee the creation of content for publication independently, develop relevant and engaging content for socials
  • Create guides for product users
  • Prepare proposals for the development of social networks
  • Monitor and analysis of trends in the crypto industry, learn from the market and competitors
  • Utilize community analytics to track performance, monitor key metrics for audience reach and engagement
  • Collect and process users feedback

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in community management and social media within crypto industry
  • Strong understanding of trading - must
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • B2/C1 level English proficiency
